At Dialamadi, we aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently and safely.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method selected.
For customers in the United States, estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, promotions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Dialamadi is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dialamadi, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened makeup products, nail products, or hair extensions, unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly to the original payment method.
